Passed away suddenly in Burlington on Friday. Loving father of Joelle. Cherished son of Ed and Irene. Adored brother of Jennifer and Christine. Loved grandson of Junne, predeceased by Henry, Eleanor, Janina, Joe, Adam and Rose. Will be deeply missed by family and friends. Tom was Associate Head Coach of the Burlington Cougars Hockey Club and played hockey at Miami University (Ohio) from 1986-1991. Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday from 6-9 pm and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm with Vigil Prayers on Wednesday at 8 pm. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Gabriel`s Roman Catholic Church, 2261 Parkway Drive, Burlington on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 10:30 am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
