OT's Perth Years

Our family had the pleasure to have of the Tomes' as our neighbours and very close family friends in the early 80's when they moved to Perth.  Don, or OT as we kids affectionately called him quickly became the neighbourhood partiarch we all looked up to.  If you were having a bad teenager day, you knew you could walk up the street , knock on the Tomes' front door and if Don answered he would instinctivey know there was something up and the fathery advice would naturally flow. Don was a great influence on me personally and I remember how sad I was in 1985 when they moved to Toronto.

Vicki, Patti and Peter, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Don was so proud his children, I can only imagine how proud he must have been of his grandkids. Love and hugs from the Schooleys.

RIP OT you were loved by all that knew you.
