Picard Family…I’ve worked with Dave for many years and I can’t say enough how much he meant to everyone at work. He was a friend to everyone. A thoughtful caring and selfless individual, always thinking of the others. I personally learned a lot from him. But of course his family was his whole world. Always telling stories about this kids, family events and vacations. His passing is a big loss and he’ll be missed by everyone. My deepest sympathies. Frank
