Message: Mrs. Plumb was perhaps my most supportive parent in my teaching career. I taught her son Kevin at Champlain School. She and her husband were always interested in our programs at school. Mr. Plumb helped Kevin with his speech on Love for the Optimist Speech Contest for Elementary Schools and he won! It was very exciting and Kevin did a fabulous job in presenting. His talk won over the entire audience. I chatted with Mrs. Plumb not too long ago when we were both shopping and it was lovely to see her. She always appeared to be young and enjoying life. She will be missed greatly, I am sure, by her friends and family.
