We are so saddened to hear of the passing of your dad and our very special neighbor of 32 years. Fred was a genuinely nice man who we had the pleasure of talking with almost every day. He was always one to brighten our day with his smile and happy nature . We will miss him immensely and will always cherish him in our memories. Fred jr...we are keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
