It is with sadness that I read of Joyce's passing today. I met Joyce in 2001 when she joined the Customer Contact Centre team at the City of Hamilton. She was a valuable member of the team! Joyce provided service to the citizens of Hamilton for over three decades until her retirement several years ago. Joyce was a regular contributor of good ideas to the contact centre team over the years and although Joyce was usually quiet, on occasion, she shared stories and her infectious laugh. It is with fondness that I remember her extensive shoe collection in the office only to be rivaled by my own. My warmest thoughts go out to Joyce's family at this time.
