My condolences to the family. I played hockey with Jim for many years with a Wednesday afternoon group, many IBMers. It was our after work ritual to go to the rink and then often go out for wings and a beer. Jim was quiet, friendly, and a gentle giant on and off the ice. I doubt there was a nicer person in group.
