Condolence: I have been saddened with the news of Arthur's passing. I have known Arthur since 1991, or since I've joined Xerox Research Centre of Canada (XRCC). Arthur had an amazing work ethic and a great personality. For many years XRCC Pilot Plant (PP) was his "playground". PP work was hard, since it combined both physical endurance and mental sharpness, literally "thinking on your feet" for 7 hrs every day. Arthur brought so much enthusiasm and humor to work every day, that some of his sharp observations (and jokes) are well remembered and even retold today!
Arthur, rest in piece and good buy!

Condolence: Kathy and I would like to express our heart-felt condolences to the Helbrecht family. Arthur was a valued and esteemed colleague of mine at XRCC for decades. But even more importantly, he was a Christ-Follower whose faith was evident in everything he did. His quiet example and unfailing encouragement were so important to me and he will be deeply missed.

Condolence: Arthur was very special He was working hard with a warm smile on his face;;cracking a joke when we were all tired ;teaching all of us his unique skills for reproducibility: explaining his joke when we did not get it, making important contributions to projects and sharing them willingly with colleagues.
We lost a very special friend.
