Kathy and I would like to express our heart-felt condolences to the Helbrecht family. Arthur was a valued and esteemed colleague of mine at XRCC for decades. But even more importantly, he was a Christ-Follower whose faith was evident in everything he did. His quiet example and unfailing encouragement were so important to me and he will be deeply missed.
