In her 96th year, passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital on December 27th 2018. Predeceased by husband Hugh (1987) and infant granddaughter, Sonia (1980). Mother of Georgina and Elizabeth (Tim). Grandmother to Kristy (James), Adam (Nicole) and Shawna. Great grandmother to Jensen and Danika. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (One stoplight north of the QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Monday December 31st, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow at the Funeral Home. For those who wish, donations in memory of Grace to Alzheimer’s Society of Hamilton/Halton would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
