Obituary for Alison Beatrice "Dee Dee" Beleny (Child)
Beleny, Alison "Dee Dee"
Passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the age of 73. Loving mother of Andy Beleny (Erin) and Dara MacLeod (Robert). Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Maislinn, Natasha, Stuart, Vladic, Iain, Kayla and Morgan. Dear sister of Brian Child (Donna). Missed also by countless friends and her "boys" who molded her into a better person as an employee at the HWDC. A perfect mother, grandmother, and mentor to all. She will be forever in our hearts. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. In celebration of Alison's life, her family is hosting a light luncheon for ALL of the people that she loved at the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry - Veterans, 1353 Barton Street East, Hamilton on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Everyone is welcome and please come as you are to share your Alison story. If desired, memorial contributions to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or Mission Services of Hamilton would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
