Condolences

Condolence From: Julia Hamilton
Condolence: Hi I am a family member of Meta Hamilton who also lived at Hampton Terrace until her passing in March 2017.
Family might remember me at the dinner table on Ivy Lane. I just wanted to express how sorry I am that both Betty and Grant have passed. It must be very difficult losing your parents and grandparents who are so special and loving. I loved listening to Betty talk about her memories. She talked often about The Greenhouses and growing flowers and tomatoes in Toronto. She was always talking about Grant and wanted to be sure there was something to eat for her family when they arrived. She wanted to care for everyone around the dinner table, too. Always asking if they were cold, or needed food or a cup of coffee. She told me her mother's name was Henrietta Todd. She also said she was the oldest of many siblings. I will remember Betty forever for her loving and friendly nature, her beautiful hair and sweetest smile. I hope you find comfort in your many memories together as a family.
