Obituary for Pierina Pin (Mozzon)

Passed away, surrounded by her family, at Heritage Green Nursing Home on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late Luigi Pin (1999). Loving mother of Bruna Canton (Enzo) and Ugo Pin (Carol). Cherished grandmother of Stephen Canton (Susan), Jeffrey Canton (Barbara), Laura Flannigan (Kelly), Ramona Canton (Glenn Rivard), Michael Pin (Laura), Randy Pin (Jeanette), Christopher Pin (Anne) and Francine Wilson (Glenn) and much loved great-grandmother of 22 great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by many other family members and friends. Special thanks to the wonderful care by Dr. Al Fernandez and Dr. Ralph Profetto and especially the staff at Heritage Green Nursing Home. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, from 3-9 p.m. Prayer Vigil at Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier, 304 Highway #8, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 10 a.m. Private entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to the St. Francis Church Renovations Fund would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
