It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, on Sunday, November 11, 2018, in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband Angelo (1999), her parents Alexander and Mary Walker, her sister Anna Zelinski and brother Alec Walker. She is survived by her loving children, Larry (Theressa Roth) and David (Ruth), her grandchildren Samantha, Kristy, Amanda, Robyn and Michael, and her siblings Heather McCarthy, Patty Tarnawski and Helen Yurik. Mary will be dearly missed by her sister-in-law Anne Marie Laghi (Franco), and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be fondly remembered by her friends in her community, including the Catholic Women's League at St. Francis Xavier Church. Funeral Service will be held at Smith's Funeral Home on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 10:30 a.m., followed by Interment at Mountview Gardens Cemetery in Stoney Creek.
