Obituary for Phyllis Diane Brewster (McIntyre)

Passed away peacefully at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the age of 80. Predeceased by her beloved husband Everton (2009). Loving mother of Cheryl Comissiong-George, Heather Jump and Darren Comissiong. Cherished grandmother of Tenekua (Charles Dugan), Aiesha, Sarah and Alex. Great-grandmother of Denekua, Judah, Jahbari and Jahfari. Dear sister of Bernice Colbreath (the late Nate), and Bishop Lionel Riley (Vernetta). Predeceased by siblings Dorothy Dymond (Sterling), June McIntyre, Connie Jones (Arthur), Spencer Riley (Julie), Leonard McIntyre (the late Katherine) and Roger Riley (survived by Mary). Cremation has taken place. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Harrison Memorial Church of God in Christ, 810 Mercer Street, Windsor, ON, on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Greenlawn Cemetery, to follow. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
