With great sadness, the family of Rosario Paolini announce his peaceful passing at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, on Monday, October 29, 2018 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Emma for 52 years. Loving father of Sabrina Amos (Len) and Raffaela "Ella" Paolini. Proud Nonno of Josh. Special "Nonno" of Amanda and Austin. Dear brother of Sabina Marini (late Nicola), Sabatino (late Elvezia) and the late Giovanni "John" (Filomena). Cherished brother-in-law of Elisa Prospero (late Antonio), the late Augusto and Irma Chiarelli, the late Nello and Gina Chiarelli, the late Rodolfo and Antonina Chiarelli, and the late Bianca and Ennio Spaziani. Rosario will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. He will be remembered for his passion for gardening and the love he shared with his family. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 304 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek.
