Obituary for Lucy Mary McMahon (Clarke)

Passed away peacefully at Lincoln Park Retirement Home on October 16, 2018. She is survived by her loving family: John, devoted husband of 67 years, daughters Joanne (Gerry Varricchio) and Lisa Kordiaka (Frank), grandsons Jacob Ahee (Julia Porter), Benjamin Ahee and Anthony Kordyjaka (Marla), great-grandchildren Jack Ahee, and Quinn and Braiden Kordyjaka, younger brother Ted Clarke (Rita) and much loved nieces, nephews and their families. Lucy was predeceased by her elder brother Tom Clarke. Special thanks to Lincoln Park Retirement Residence and all of the wonderful caregivers from St. Elizabeth’s, Bayshore and Paramed who were a constant presence and made this difficult time easier for Lucy and her family. All of you were an integral part of keeping John and Lucy together until the end. Pursuant to Lucy’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held. The family has requested that no flowers be sent, but has selected the Alzheimer’s Society or Gillian’s Place, Beamsville (http://www.gilliansplace.com/west-niagara) for memorial contributions.
