Obituary for Ramsay George Cranna

Passed away peacefully into the presence of his Saviour at the Village of Tansley Woods, Burlington on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Cranna (2013). Loving father of Evan (Cathy), Stephen (Barb), Jill Mitchell (Doug), Carmen Vanhee (Jos), Norma Thomas, Jean Appany (Markham) and June Van Wyk. Predeceased by his son Colin Fletcher and daughter in law Carol Fletcher. Cherished grandfather of 22 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Survived by his sister Jean Greyling, Ramsay is predeceased by his siblings Andrew, Vivian and Kenneth. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday from 4-7p.m. Private family interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Ramsay’s life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10a.m. Reception to follow.
