Obituary for Vicki-Lynn Ann Pianosi-Harvey

PIANOSI-HARVEY, Vicki-Lynn
On September 13, 2018, Vicki passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family. She was 51. Carrying on with broken hearts are her husband David, her children Ben, Jillian and Joey, her parents John & Sheila of Sudbury, her sister Marie, and dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Family meant everything to Vicki. She was never happier than when she was in a room filled with relatives, with a million different conversations going on at once, and Vicki taking part in all of them. She worked with children with speech, language and hearing disorders, but when Ben was born, Vicki decided to stay home to do what she had been born to do – be a full-time mom. Her three wonderful children inherit her beautiful singing voice, her endless capacity for love, and her deep faith in God. She was the best wife, the best mother, and the best friend anyone could ever hope for. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, September 16th from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 2265 Headon Road, Burlington Monday, September 17TH at 10:30a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in memory of Vicki to the Juravinski Cancer Centre, Hamilton, or a donation to any charity that seeks to make the lives of children a little bit brighter.
