Passed away peacefully at Shalom Manor on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her beloved husband Cornelis. Loving mother of Albert (Kim), Hugo (Linda) and the late Annette Maaser (Survived by Jurgen and his wife Debra). Cherished Oma of Denise Permen (Jon), Danielle Cail (Adam), Laura Dolamore (Grant), Sarah Shields (Daniel), Shannyn Ormiston (Bill) and Tanya-Lynn McCulloch (Corey Wilson). Great-Oma of Jacob, Oliver, Jackson, Austin-James, Kaleb, Kieran and Ainsley. Missed also by extended family and friends. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Grimsby Mountain Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Terry Fox Foundation or Brain Injury Community Re-Entry, St. Catharines would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
