Rosa Zanon
Passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the age of 79. Rosa is survived by her beloved husband Silvano of 59 years, her loving children John (Karolina), Marcello (Jennifer) and Janice (Emilio DeRubeis), her treasured grandchildren Elysa, Justina, Emma, Christopher, Anthony, Sophia and Elizabeth, and her dear sisters Rita (Frank), Maria (late Gino) and Genuina (late Riccardo). Rosa will also be dearly missed by her brother-in-law Bruno (Anna) and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 304 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or Juravinski Cancer Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
