Condolence From: Millcroft Golf Club
Condolence: Dear Griffiths family,
We were so sorry to hear of Arthur's passing. He was a wonderful, kind and & gentle man during his time spent with us. He was a member of our golf club for 25 years and played within our Senior Men's League, and had his regular early morning golf games with his friends, Gunnar, Grant & Bob. He made many friends along the way and was a friend to all. Over the years sitting and having coffee with Art in the dining room we learned of his life in the war, his fondness for his wife Hazel & his family, and of course his time spent rowing and in the Olympics. A life well lived! You were a wonderful person to have gotten to known through the years Art and we will never forget you. You will always will be fondly remembered. Rest well friend xo The Management, Staff & Members of Millcroft Golf Club, Jennipher Orr & Natalie Huer

Condolence: Arthur was a wonderful person. He was a kind and sincere man, honest and with high integrity. We spent many hours enjoying intelligent conversations about the past. He was a superb athlete representing Canada in both the 1948 and 1952 Olympic Games.
I played golf with him at Millcroft many times over several years and I always enjoyed his pleasant demeanor.
Our sincerest condolences to all his family. As Ever, Bob and Carmen Johnson
