Peacefully at Creek Way Village on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Francis Graham. Devoted mother of Scott and the late Stacey. Loving grandmother of Ciara. A Memorial Gathering will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 6-8pm. Donations in memory of Pauline can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
