Obituary for Judy Jean Aldridge (Eaton)

ALDRIDGE, Judy Jean (nee Eaton)-

Passed away at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton, after a brief illness, on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the age of 72. Reunited with her husband Robert “Bob” Aldridge (2007). Loving mother of Yvonne Holloway (Rich Moerman), Candice Holloway (Mark Ferguson) and Jack Ing. Cherished Grandma of Alicia, Mathew, Sarah, Britteny, Mitchell, Devin and Mitchell. Dear sister of Murray Eaton. Judy discovered a love of painting and enjoyed a busy social schedule with her beloved painting friends from the Hamilton Area Decorative Painters and her Milton Folk Art Group. She loved being part of her community where her neighbours were cherished friends and like family. Judy made friends everywhere she went and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Private Cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one block north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333 on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 12 noon until Memorial Celebration of Judy’s Life to be held at 1 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home. If desired, donations can be made to Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation (http://hamiltonhealth.ca/jhccf-main/) or simply plant orange flowers in your garden in her honour. In Judy’s memory please come colourfully dressed to the services.
