Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the age of 86. Reunited with her beloved husband John Robert Starr (2006). Much loved mother of Marianne Avery (Brian) of Milton, Vicki Stevens (Roger) of Lions Head, Susan Stellings (Randy) of Burlington, Joanne Starr (Tim) of London, Jackie Matej (Greg) of Hamilton, Lorraine Morgan (Keith) of Burlington, Bill Starr (Leslie) of Calgary, Mike Starr (Annalise) of Waterdown, and Pat Starr (Nicola) of Burlington. Cherished grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Gilbert Ruel (Ruth) of Winnipeg and Gisele Maloney of Aylmer. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333 on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church, 4072 New Street, Burlington, on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Church Hall.
