Diana Angelica  Constantineau (Zimantas)
Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the age of 70. Predeceased by her beloved husband Alain of 47 years, and her mother and father. Cherished mother of Lisa Brandon (Chris) and Julie Fleming (Kevin). Treasured grandmother of Finn and Milo Brandon. Dear sister of Stanley Zimantas, Carol Sewell (Ed) and Michael Zimantas (Ardis). Diana will be missed by many extended family members and friends.

Diana will be lovingly remembered by all as a quiet and gentle woman with a love of animals and a talent for creative arts and gardening. Her stoic strength led the family and helped her overcome medical challenges through the years. The family would like to extend our gratitude to all of her doctors and the incredible staff at JBMH for their care and compassion.

Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 6- 9 p.m. A private Funeral Service will take place at a later date. In keeping with Diana’s wishes, cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
