Unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the age of 56. Beloved husband of Helena Pinto (nee Fidalgo). Loving father of Cristina St. Pierre (Mike) and John Pinto. Cherished Vavô of Jaxon and Nikolas. Brother of the late Manuel Pinto (Rosa), the late Esmeralda Diamantino (the late João), Conceição Lopes ( João), Helder Pinto (Isabel ), Hortense Lopes (the late José ), Carlos Pinto ( Lurdes) and Celso Pinto (Barbara Harris). John will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews and his extended family. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9p.m. Vigil prayers at 8:30p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 10a.m. Interment Our Lady of the Angels. www.smithsfh.com
