Condolences

Condolence From: Mary Lois Cooper (niece)
Condolence: Grace has been a big part of my life too. She and our mother Violet, her sister, were very close. Grace often spoke about Violet looking after her, after their mother died when Grace was only 8. One of the nicest things Grace did happened sometime in the 1970's, when she hitched Violet and Earl's trailer to her Dodge camper van, and the four of them toured North America with Grace at the wheel. They started with time with their siblings in Florida, crossed to California to see family, and then went north to Washington State to see their adopted sister Dorothy. Grace always approached life with such positive energy and good cheer. When Violet died in 2006, the tribute on Grace's card said, "God speed until we meet again." Grace is in Heaven with all her beloved family now. I miss her a lot.
