Message to the Family: I always remember Mr. McQueen as a sweet and kind man. I never once saw him angry even with all the silliness he had to endure when myself and other synchro girls when we hung out at his house. He is one of those people who I felt safe around - you just knew he was a good person who cared about your well-being. He always gave me a huge smile and seemed genuinely happy to see me - even at 5:30am when he had to drive us to swim practice. He will be missed.
