MINNETT, Carlton Leslie “Carl”
June 27, 1938 – April 7, 2018

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Saturday April 7, 2018 at the age of 79. Predeceased by his father Harry (Dieppe 1942) and his mother Cassandra (nee Elderkin). Cherished brother of David Minnett (Hazel) of Burlington. Devoted uncle of Craig Minnett, Chris Minnett (Cindy), and Angie Minnett (Ryan Wilkins) and great-uncle of Kaitlyn, Matthew, Autumn and Reid. Carl will also be fondly remembered by Lisa Minnett and other extended family. He will be missed by many friends and neighbours at Wellington Terrace. As per Carl’s wishes, Private Cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in Carl’s memory to the Royal Canadian Legion-Branch 60, where he had been a lifetime member, would be sincerely appreciated. Special thanks to Dr.’s Prodger, Robbins and the staff on ICU at Joseph Brant Hospital.
