Obituary for Reta May White (Wood)
WHITE, Reta May (nee Wood) -
Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Monday, April 2, 2018 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her loving husband Shirl James White (1993) and her infant daughter. Also predeceased by parents Frank and Lily Wood, and by her sister Mary Carne. Reta will be fondly remembered by extended family and numerous friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. As per her wishes, a Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (287 Plains Road East, Burlington), on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 1:00pm. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in Reta’s memory to HBSPCA or a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated.
