Condolence: Many good memories of adventures(& misadventures!)learning to do home renovations with Larry as my mentor. He was also good enough to broker an interview with CIBC for me, a career path I didn't stay with but was good for me just the same.

Condolence From: Larry Davies
Condolence: I crossed paths with Larry on a number of occasions while at CIBC. The most memorable of those crossings involved a discussion about a fellow manager who had been unfairly crucified by an unscrupulous auditor and who I had replaced when he was removed from the branch and demoted. Largely through Larry's efforts, the error was corrected and the individual's career was saved. Just an example of Larry's class, integrity and perseverance that was repeated many times in his distinguished career.
