In Burlington, on February 26, 2018 at the age of 87. Predeceased by his wife Bettye Ann in 2005. Loving father of Darcy Roberts and her husband Robb Piper of Oakville and Marny Burnett and her husband Andrew of Waterdown. Cherished grandfather of Adam, Katherine and Owen Burnett. Born in Selkirk Manitoba and remained a lifelong Winnipeg Blue Bombers fan. He was a proud grandfather and was frequently seen over the years at the hockey rink and soccer fields. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, BURLINGTON on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 7 – 9 p.m. where the funeral service will take place on Friday, March 2 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow.
