Passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Niagara Health System - St. Catharines Site Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Charles. Loving mother of Maureen Royle (Vaughan), Colleen Koziarski (Henry) and Kavin Hawley. Cherished grandmother of Amanda Conrad (Matthew Ott), Jessica Conrad (David Marchal), Peter Royle, Stephen Koziarski (Katie) and Robert Koziarski (Robin). Great-grandmother of Avery Ott, Noah Ott, Maeve Conrad, Sadie "Sarah" Koziarski and Benjamin Koziarski. Dear sister of Shelia Cooke and Colleen Reimer. Eleanor will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews and her friends at the Chartwell Orchards Residence. Eleanor was well known for her exuberant personality and generosity. Fondly remembered by her former students of Mohawk College. Thank you to the staff of Chartwell Orchards for their care and support. Special thanks to Dr. Laverdiere for her care over the years. Visitation will be held at Trinity United Church, 100 Main Street West, Grimsby on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Queen's Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
