Obituary for Beverley Anne Schneider

Beverley Anne Schneider
Schneider, Beverley Anne

Passed away with dignity and grace at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in her 77th year. Beverley was the beloved wife and best friend of Erwin, loving mother of Erin Bonafiglia (Bruno) and Kerry Dodd, cherished grandmother of Andrew Dodd, Jacob, Quinn and Emma Bonafiglia, dear sister of James Chadwick and the late Thomas Chadwick, and treasured daughter of Clara and the late Alfred Chadwick. She will also be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews.
A constant beacon of joy, Bev brought life and laughter to all she touched. She shone as a figure skater and dancer: passions she embraced throughout her life. As a friend, she was fiercely faithful, forming deep bonds that were treasured over decades. As a daughter, a sister, and an aunt, she was loyal and dedicated, possessing the wisdom to understand the importance of family. As a mother, she was caring and compassionate, knowing that it takes acceptance, stability, and self sacrifice to be a parent. As a wife, she was devoted, understanding, co-operative, and tender, turning a house into a home, and a marriage into a partnership. And as a grandmother, she was elated with the pride, joy, and youthful spirit of fun that her grandchildren brought her.
For all who knew Bev, our worlds are a little dimmer for having lost her, but are still beaming with light for having known her at all.

Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrew's Anglican Church, 156 Main Street W, Grimsby on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11 a.m., followed by a reception in the parish hall.
