Condolence: While I did not know Mr. Sivell personally, his reputation as a soldier, gentleman and dental professional were related to me fondly via his sons Larry and Brian. I wish the surviving family solace during this difficult process.

Condolence: We were blessed to have Uncle Charlie in our lives, his sense of humor got many of us through what could have been uncomfortable times, I remember him sitting up late talking politics & with my parents and when things got potentially sticky, Uncle popped off with something to lighten the mood. We kids, his nephew and nieces referred to our beloved uncle as Uncle Oogs, shortened from Uncle Oogly Woogly Octopus, this because he played with us in the swimming pool chasing us around and the name just stuck. Loved the man dearly, he lived a long and good life, putting up with the Rankin women :o and finding humor in most anything. Good bye Uncle Oogs, may you rest in peace. xo Sivell family!
