Hobeck, Bernd (Bernie)

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the death of Bernie on January 4, 2018. Bernie leaves behind his wife Deirdre of 41 years and daughter Sabrina (Steve) and son Paul (Natalie). Loving Opa to Marco, Kiara, Nolan and Emily. Bernie is survived by his mother Lisa (Julius) and sister Dagmar and brother Henning. He is predeceased by his father Heinz and sister Barbara. He will be greatly missed by his nephews and friends and his extended family in Ireland. Special thanks to Dr. C. Clase, Dr. C. Ainsworth and Dr. N. Valletas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
