Obituary for Eva Kozak
Passed away at Albright Manor in Beamsville. Beloved sister to Zoltan (Pat) and loved aunt to Jordan and Olivia. Predeceased by her parents Mike and Valeria Kozak. She was a long-time resident of Community Living in Oakville. Many thanks to the staff at Albright Manor. Cremation has taken place. An Internment with her parents will take place at a later date.
