Passed away at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, on December 21, 2017, at age 93. Beloved wife of the late Feliks Chudzikowski. Loving mother of Roseanne Erdelyi (late Robert), late Barbara Thorne (late Donald), Ina Lloyd and son-in-law, Steve. Cherished aunt of Ursula Siek (Vitek) and Bogusha Aleksandrowska. Proud grandmother of Jarod Lloyd, Ashlee Carl, (late Brandon Thorne), Victoria Thorne, Kelsee Lloyd and the late Mackenzie Lloyd. Great grandmother of Jahdyn, Maddyn and Lola. Anna will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.

Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will take place at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church, Burlington on January 26, 2018 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow at the Polish Hall. For those who wish, donations in memory of Anna can be made to the Alzheimer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
