It is with immeasurable sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, dad and nonno, Vince Bellerba on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in his 83rd year. Devoted husband of Concetta for 55 years. Beloved father and hero of Rose & Fausto Capobianco, Dominic & Cecile, and Antonella & Adam Khambalia. Adored and loving “papanonno” to Savino, Vincenzo, Matteo, Rebecca, Samantha, Izabella, Marcello and Giuliano. Son of late Rosa and Domenico Ruggiero and son-in-law of Giuseppina and Antonio Pietrantuono. Dear brother of Giuseppe (Concetta) Ruggiero , Filomena (late Giuseppe) Raso, brother-in-law of late Giovanni (Rosina) Pietrantuono, late Michele Pietrantuono, Rosina (late Angelo) Impagnatiello, Filomena (Antonio) Mercurio and Graziano (Rosa) Pietrantuono. Treasured " Zi Vicenz" to many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Throughout dad’s journey, we encountered many “angels” who came to our aid during this incredibly painful time. Thank you to Dr. Ross Allega and staff, Dr. Bev Hattersley and staff at St. Peter’s Palliative unit, especially nurse Tyler who helped us realize Dad’s final wish and all PSWs and nurses who helped care for dad at home. Special thank you to Bashir and Katie Khambalia who stood by us every step of the way and to our extended family who stepped in to take care of us. We will never forget all you have done and continue to do.
