GAUVREAU, Vernon Lawrence 1930-2017

Peacefully passed away at home with family by his side, on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Beverly (nee Chaput). Dear father to Verna, Gisele, Brian, and Michael. Cherished grandpa of Samantha, Alicia and Emily. Vern will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm with a prayer tribute to begin at 8:30 pm. Cremation will take place at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Joseph Brant Hospital or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
