Gagliardi, Giuseppina

Surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 15, 2017 passed away peacefully at The Village of Tansley Woods at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Giulio for 52 years. Dearly loved mother of Marisa (Nick) Gioseffi, Carla (Jan) De Jong, Deanna (Salvatore) Scanga. Predeceased by her son Dino Gagliardi. Cherished nonna of Nicole (Matthew), John, Dennis, Francesco and Anthony. Dear sister of Luisa (Ugo) Felicetti, Teresa Poli and the late Antonio Poli (brother). Sister-in-law of Rita (Enzo) Felicetti and the late Marino (Mary) Gagliardi. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her extended family in Italy, and by her many nieces and nephews.


Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday from 3 - 5 and 6 - 9p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (196 Kenwood Avenue, Burlington) on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For those who wish memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
