Unexpectedly and tragically passed on December 10, 2017, at the age of 22. Loving daughter of Barb Miller (Dave) and Darryl Ward. Beloved sister of Jesse. Dear niece of Barry Miller, Joe Miller, Todd Ward and Charlene Ward and beloved granddaughter to Sylvia Ward. Predeceased by Chuck Ward (grandfather), Erwin Miller (grandmother), John Miller (grandfather), David Miller (uncle),
Alexis will be dearly missed by her family, her many cousins, friends and all who knew her.
Alexis is remembered for her compassionate, loving and kind nature and her beautiful smile.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday December 15 from 6-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday December 16 at 4 p.m. For those who wish, donations in memory of Alexis to The Sick Kids Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
