JAROSZEWICZ, Jan
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the age of 64. Survived by loving children Joanna, Matt and their mother Mira, Wojtek and his mother Sabina. Survived by mother Czeslawa, predeceased by father Stanislaw and brother Roman. Cherished grandfather to Paulina. Jan will be dearly missed by extended family and friends. Family wishes to thank the staff at The Brant Centre and the Hamilton General Hospital for their kind care and compassion. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. Vigil prayers at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel’s Roman Catholic Church, 2261 Parkway Drive, Burlington on Thursday, October 12 at 11a.m. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
