Condolence: To Sejal's Dear Family,
I am a work friend. A few years back Sejal inspired me to take a child meditation facilitator course with her. The love she had for her children, family, yoga, meditation and healthy eating never ceased to amaze me. When I asked her, how do you have time for daily meditation? She simply replied, "I RAP everyday." She continued to explain, "I take time to meditate, Right After Pee". It made me smile and I hope hearing these stories help you remember the simple ways of looking at life and loving it Sejal shared with us all. I miss her and pray for her strength for your family during this challenging time. I'm always here to help if needed. I'll be praying for her soul. Peace, Madhu.
