Condolence From: Barb Singleton
Condolence: My condolences to the family and especially my dear friends Ruth and Hope. I remember so many wonderful things about Bill and loved the times up at the Severn when he and Hope visited and the "kids" ( now all grown ups) played together and Bill would tell stories and comment on all the "goings on at the river. He so loved his sports and he used to have great discussions about teams and who was the best - or worst. I feel privileged to be connected to his life and recognize the true love in his family. I also feel blessed to be a small part of his lifetime. Bill was a unique, personable loving man. with love, Barb
