We are both very saddened by the passing of Mrs. Bett. Kay will always be in our thoughts, and we will cherish our memories for the rest of our lives. Sometimes life is not fair and there is nothing we can do about it. No matter how many times we question the reason, we still come up without an answer.
I have many fond memories of growing up with the Bett family as friends. Of course, as time passes we sometimes lose touch and don't see each other as often as we would like. Kay was the one who kept us up on all the family news. We did enjoy celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with them and seeing everyone again.
I will miss the long chats Kay and I used to have. She was a very dear friend who will never be forgotten.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
