Condolence: I have just learned yesterday of the passing of Phil – a friend who have I not seen since the mid 1970s. I have often wondered about Phil and where his life has taken him over the last 40 years. I remembered him to be a caring person who valued the friendship of people who worked with him. I remember him driving a large Chrysler Imperial Crown car and we sometimes after work would head out to the Colonial Hotel and share good times with a number of friends. I remember commenting to him that the car suited him – for it represented a robust, strong, and dependable character that he was. I am so glad for him in reading his obituary that he married a partner for I thought that he would be a caring person who would protect others that he cared for. Thanks Phil for stopping and connecting with me in your path in life. May your beaming smile shine upon us all and rest in peace.
