Condolence: Lila, I will never forget the first day we met, June 7th, 1999 the first day we started working for the city together. I could tell right away you had a very kind soul. Your sense of humour and contagious laugh helped us get through those days of training. We weren't always at the same office over the years but the times we caught up were memorable. To your family I'm am so deeply sorry for your loss of a wonderful women. The world has lost a walking angel as she has now been given wings.
