Our family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of a dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be remembered for her vivaciousness, her sparkling eyes and beautiful smile, her warm and welcoming spirit, her Christian faith and her dedication to her husband Bob and her family. Beloved wife of Bob for 71 years. Devoted and loving mother of Terry Snyder (Wayne), Marilyn McFadzean (Doug), Cheryl Leggat, Roy (Patty) and Paul (Doria). Dear grandmother to 18 grandchildren, Jaime O'Coin (Chris), Jeff Snyder (Steph), Carol Inwood (Kevin), Scott McFadzean (Rox), Amy Coulter (Colin), Rob Leggat (Kristy), Brett Leggat (Sam), Todd Leggat (Ashleigh), Bram Leggat (Lori), Ashley Williams (Jeremy), David Hamilton (Siobhan), Lori Domanico (Adam Domanico), Lindsay Hamilton, Lesley Hamilton, Deanna Hamilton, Jason Leggat, Maddy Leggat and Brooke Leggat, and 15 great-grandchildren. Carol will also be dearly missed by brothers-in-law Doug (Maryella) and Don (Audrey). If desired, donations in memory of Carol may be made to Lake Joseph Community Church or Mercy Ships Canada. Cremation and a private service to be held at a later date. (Arrangements entrusted to SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, BURLINGTON 905-632-3333.)
